Shipping Times

We use Royal Mail for all of our shipments. For remote regions delivery times can vary.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing and delivery. Royal Mail will not even consider a parcel missing until it has been15 days in the system. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been Posted.

Refunds and Damages

Linux CD/DVDs are non-refundable ... If any goods are received damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery in order for us to arrange a replacement. You are responsible for your own postage costs when returning items to us. We will in turn be responsible for the costs of posting items back to you. This does not affect your statutory rights ...
